Refund Policy
At Blue Peak, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, lead generation, and automation services. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund terms apply:
1. No Refunds After Work Has Begun
All services provided by Blue Peak are digital, strategic, and time-based in nature. Once work has commenced — including but not limited to strategy development, campaign setup, automation configuration, creative production, or account integration — all payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated in a signed Service Agreement.
By engaging our services, Client acknowledges that resources, labor, and time are allocated immediately upon execution of the agreement and/or receipt of payment.
2. Conditional Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds will only be issued if explicitly outlined in a signed Service Agreement. Any performance-based guarantee, if offered, is governed strictly by the terms and conditions stated in that Agreement, including compliance requirements and timelines.
No refunds will be issued for:
Advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta)
Third-party software or subscription fees
Completed setup work
Services rendered prior to cancellation
3. Cancellation of Recurring Services
Clients may cancel future recurring payments in accordance with the notice requirements outlined in their signed Service Agreement. Written notice must be provided via email to the designated Agency contact.
Cancellation does not relieve Client of:
Outstanding balances
Fees incurred prior to the effective cancellation date
Obligations during any active contractual term
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Blue Peak directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may constitute a breach of the governing Service Agreement.
5. Acknowledgment
By purchasing or engaging Blue Peak’s services, Client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
