Blue Peak does not collect or process sensitive personal information (“SPI”) as defined by the CPRA. Therefore, no “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” mechanism is required or offered.

Right to Delete – You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal and operational exceptions.

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with industry standards.
8. Do Not Track & Opt-Out Mechanisms
Blue Peak does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Users may, however, limit targeted advertising and communication preferences by:
Adjusting cookie preferences in the browser; or
Additionally, users can text “STOP” to any SMS message received to opt out of further automated text communications.

Blue Peak reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.
